All, Welcome to the first instalment of my rider diary.
Just in case you are wondering
my name is Helen Dawson and I run Sinai
Dressage based just outside Monmouth in South Wales.
Through Sinai Dressage I provide quality freelance dressage tuition; I am
a British Dressage registered trainer and test riding specialist.
Other services available at Sinai are, pole work and jumping tuition,
schooling
and competition livery and occasional horses for sale.
Sinai Spinal Therapy provides
qualified McTimoney-Corley animal
manipulation therapy.

The purpose of my diary is to
give a more personal month by month look inside Sinai Dressage
to show the success and disappointments of working with horses.
The former seem to make all the early mornings, late nights, mud splattered
and
rain soaked days (and that was just the summer!) seem worthwhile.
I will not dwell on the latter, except to say that I too have many days when
I wonder what
on earth I am doing, but it happens to everyone and I am a firm believer its
not what happens
but how you handle it that matters and just sometimes clouds do have silver
linings!
